Devotion to Generational Blessing

Gen. 12:1-3

I. A COMMITMENT TO LEAVE THE ACCURSED LIFE

1. Leave your country 
2. Leave your relatives 
3. Leave your father’s house 

II. A COMMITMENT TO STICK TO THE BLESSED LIFE

1. I will make you a great nation 
2. I will bless you 
3. I will make your name great 
4. You will be a blessing 

III. A COMMITMENT TO IMPART THE BLESSING ON OTHERS 

Example of imparting generational curse: Max Jukes’ generational result: an atheist, lived in the state of New York

Conclusion
The way to devotion to generational blessing is found in Christ alone. When he comes into any life and into any family, he renews it and causes his blessing to flow. May you be that person and may your family the one that Jesus will come to right now and cause the blessing to flow. Amen!
